Q.  Who uses our Services?

Anyone over the age of 18 who needs support in their daily living to remain independent.

Q.  Do I have to pay for this service?

You can buy this service directly either privately or using direct payments.  Please see Help @ Home Charges page.  Alternatively, you can also be referred through Social Services and receive the service through means-tested benefits.  Our friendly office staff can help with funding enquiries.

Q.  How are the Support Workers trained?

 All our staff are fully trained to the required standard and up to a minimum of NVQ2 and receive specialist training in dementia.  All training is regularly updated.

Q.  Will I have the same care worker every time?

We will do our best to ensure continuity of care.  If your Support Worker goes on holiday or is sick we will provide an alternative Support Worker who will be introduced to you before they provide your care.
