Guideposts is a charity that has been working for over thirty years helping individuals with dementia, mental health problems and learning disabilities.
Our Specialist Dementia service provides care through trained support workers who understand the needs of people with dementia and their carers, this enables individuals to live independently at home.
We provide services in:
Rugby, Warwick, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Stretton on Dunsmore, Ryton on Dunsmore, Binley Woods and the surrounding villages.
